After being a part of stagnant and underperforming development teams for years, I knew something was wrong. I began to question everything.

When I discovered the Scrum framework, I was instantly hooked. I came to find that my passion for software was not rooted in typing lines of code, but rather in delivering a working product while helping my colleagues achieve greatness.

I created Water Agility as a place to share my journey, experiences, techniques, and lessons learned as a Scrum Master, and to provide a place where others can do the same.
